These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bbb8 ("bbb8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bbb8.club website, its subdomains, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional features, and customer support.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any content on bbb8.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bbb8 platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

bbb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bbb8 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of bbb8 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects. All communications between bbb8 and the Player shall be conducted in English.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on bbb8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bbb8 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on bbb8 that was suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of bbb8 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you are participating voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose.

2.2 Registration Process

When registering a bbb8 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number (used for SMS verification), and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on bbb8. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. bbb8 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonus funds permanently forfeited. Genuine deposits minus any withdrawals already processed will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bbb8 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage of your account's lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon a significant change in account activity, or at any time bbb8 deems necessary for security or compliance purposes. Verification documents may include a government-issued National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbb8 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. bbb8 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or telephone. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified bbb8 of unauthorised access. Report any suspected breach immediately to [email protected].

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbb8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels, all transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

bbb8 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, third-party wallets belonging to someone other than the account holder, or any payment method not listed above. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your bbb8 account dashboard. bbb8 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice. Deposits below the stated minimum for a given method will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating account, subject to any fees charged by the payment provider.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bbb8 wallet within two (2) minutes of successful payment confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. bbb8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or bank processing times.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by bbb8 within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, provided that: (a) your account KYC verification is complete; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements on your balance have been fully met; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the limits associated with your account tier; and (d) the withdrawal is being made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit on the account. bbb8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

3.5 Currency

All bbb8 account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bbb8 does not hold player funds in foreign currencies. The ৳ symbol and BDT abbreviation are used interchangeably across the platform. No currency conversion fee is charged by bbb8 for transactions conducted within the Bangladeshi Taka framework.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload credits, and other promotional rewards issued by bbb8 ("Bonus Funds") are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each bonus. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings expire automatically upon reaching the end of the validity window and are not eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available only to first-time depositing players who have not previously held a bbb8 account. Reload bonuses and ongoing promotions are available to eligible active accounts as defined per promotion. bbb8 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if bbb8 believes the promotion is being abused.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, as well as possible account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using coordinated betting strategies with other players to exploit bonus terms.
• Placing bets that do not qualify toward a bonus's wagering requirements while a bonus is active, in an attempt to isolate real-money funds.
• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion.

4.5 Seasonal Promotions

bbb8 runs seasonal promotional offers tied to events relevant to the Bangladeshi market including BPL and T20 World Cup cricket tournaments, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are time-limited and subject to individual terms published on the bbb8 promotions page at the time of launch.

5.1 RNG Certification

All virtual casino games available on bbb8 — including slots, table games, video poker, and instant-win titles — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG produces statistically random outcomes that cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by bbb8 or any player. Games are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, each of which maintains independent RNG certification.

5.2 Live Dealer Games

• Bets accepted after the official start time of an event are void unless bbb8 explicitly offers in-play (live) betting on that market.
• In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or incomplete fixture, the relevant market rules will determine settlement. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet.
• bbb8 reserves the right to suspend a market, limit stakes, or void bets where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match-fixing suspicions, or data feed errors.
• Displayed odds are indicative and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.

5.4 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the bbb8 platform, any affected game round or bet may be voided at bbb8's discretion. Stakes on voided rounds will be returned to the player's wallet. bbb8 is not liable for any potential winnings that were not realised due to a technical fault. Claims relating to technical errors must be submitted to [email protected] within forty-eight (48) hours of the alleged malfunction.

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the bbb8 platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment-based gaming and sports betting. You must not use bbb8 in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive to the platform or to other players.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbb8 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been deposited and used on bbb8.
• Money Laundering: Using the bbb8 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. bbb8 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where money laundering is suspected.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the bbb8 platform without human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting a pricing error, software glitch, or miscalculated odds to generate profit. Any winnings generated through a known error are void.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play on bbb8 while under the age of 18. bbb8 will prosecute attempted underage registrations to the fullest extent available.

6.3 Communication Standards

You agree to communicate with bbb8 support staff respectfully and in good faith. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at support agents or other players via any bbb8 communication channel will result in a formal warning followed by account suspension for repeat offences.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your bbb8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bbb8 will process any eligible real-money balance remaining in your wallet to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be removed upon closure. Account closure requests are actioned within five (5) business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to stop gambling for a defined period may request a self-exclusion through the bbb8 responsible gaming tools or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of thirty (30) days to a permanent exclusion with no time limit. During a self-exclusion period, bbb8 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the player from accessing their account. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7.3 Suspension by bbb8

bbb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or multi-accounting.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months where a dormancy policy applies.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be frozen but not forfeited until the investigation is concluded and a final determination is made. bbb8 will communicate the outcome to the player via their registered email address.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. bbb8 will attempt to notify the player via their registered email address sixty (60) days before dormancy status is applied. A dormant account's real-money balance is preserved for a period of thirty-six (36) months, after which bbb8 may apply an administrative fee in accordance with applicable policy. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting [email protected].

8.1 Platform Availability

bbb8 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to bbb8.club or any of its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. bbb8 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — incurred by a player as a result of platform downtime.

8.2 Financial Losses from Gambling

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome of participation. bbb8 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by any player while using the platform in accordance with these Terms. It is your sole responsibility to manage your gaming activity within your personal financial means.

8.3 Indirect and Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbb8 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bbb8 platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational damage — even if bbb8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Third-Party Services

bbb8 integrates third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard), and other service providers. bbb8 is not liable for any failure, delay, error, or misconduct by any third-party provider. Disputes relating to a specific game provider's software should be directed to that provider's certified dispute resolution process, details of which are available within each game's information panel.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bbb8, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your use of the bbb8 platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms; or (d) any fraudulent or wilfully harmful action by you.
